  • +21 years experience in Marketing, Communications & Brand Building.
  • 5 years at Idea Bakery acting as the right hand of the CMO delivering consultancy and training on cutting edge communications knowledge & practice.
  • 16 years at P&G managing equity and integrated communications of $8 billion Fabric & Home Care (Ariel, Tide, Downy, Mr. Clean, Febreze, Dawn, Cascade, Duracell), Health & Beauty Care (Gillette Venus, Tampax, Secret) & Pet Care brands (Iams) .
  • 10 years as a part of Procter & Gamble’s select group of in-house brand building experts in ‘Brand Building Integrated Communications’ (BBIC) department as Associate Director. Scope of work for BBIC covered:
    • Global Brand Equity, Strategy, Communication, and Inspiring world-class work from agencies.
    • Training creation and coaching for the marketing organization.
    • Guiding senior management on key branding matters, issues, and decisions.
  • Responsible for Western Europe located in Belgium (1 yr), Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEEMEA) located in Istanbul (5 yrs) and USA & Canada located in Atlanta (4 yrs.)
  • Leading training for P&G in CEEMEA, the United States & Canada for 6+ years as Training Head.
  • Tutor at Cannes Lions Creative Academy for Young Marketers and co-organizer of the CMO Accelerator Programme for the past 3 years, working with Jim Stengel, the ex Global Chief Marketing Officer of P&G.
  • Turkish, happily married with a beautiful teenage daughter named Alara and a handsome horse named Hot Coco!
